TRUE NORDIC CURL PROGRESSION FEATURE
The NORD-EX™ features a patented system for Assisted Nordic training. By only changing the incline angle, you can focus on becoming stronger in the eccentric part. Achieving a slow and controlled eccentric Nordic is key for maximum benefit. Not many people can do an explosive concentric Nordic curl from a flat position, so, by elevating the angle, you can focus on training with a shorter range of motion and slowly build up enough strength and gradually lower the angle to reach an explosive flat Nordic.
