FLEX RACK MOUNT

With the FLEX Rack Mount you can transform any squat rack into a versatile functional trainer system. The rack mount is designed to be compatible with most squat racks on the market and fits uprights ranging in size from 2 to 4 inches.

The FLEX Rack Mount features an adjustable bottom bar that easily adjusts to different upright sizes. The quick release buckles allow you to reposition the rack mount in seconds so you can effortlessly target different muscle groups. The cage portion of the mount offers 2 slots for different exercises.

Rack Compatibility:

Compatible with squat rack uprights from 2 to 4 inches, with hole diameters between 5/8 and 1 inch.
